Academic Information
Our school's curriculum is grounded upon strong reading skills. Our early-learning center (K-2) uses Accelerated Christian Education (ACE), a phonics-based approach, to help provide the foundation. We continue to use ACE material through all subjects until late elementary. As students advance, we utilize learning materials from a number of different companies including Saxon (math), Apologia (Science), and McGraw/Hill (Social Studies).
We offer electives in foreign language, art, music, theater, and computer/digital media. Vocational credit is offered in a variety of areas, as well.

The School of Hope is accredited through the National Association of Private Schools. Graduating students earn a diploma that meets current Missouri standards. Graduates of the school have been accepted at the University of Missouri, Arkansas State University, Evangel University, Black River Technical, and Three Rivers College. Each staff member has a proven track record of success in teaching in a variety of areas.
